Return & Refund Policy – Ready-Made Curtains

At H.Versailtex, we are committed to providing high-quality ready-made home décor products and outstanding customer support. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.


✅ Returnable Items

We accept returns for the following:

  • Ready-made curtains

  • Curtain rods, tiebacks, and accessories

  • Unused items in original condition with tags and packaging intact

  • Return request made within 30 days of delivery


❌ Non-returnable Items

Please note the following are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or Final Sale items

  • Items that have been washed, installed, altered, or used

  • Fabric swatches or complimentary gifts

  • Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse


🚫 Return Requests Not Accepted For:

  • Change of mind after use

  • Didn’t like the color or design

  • Product is too heavy/light

  • Misunderstood product image

  • Incorrect size selection (please check measurements before ordering)

  • Color variation due to lighting or monitor differences


🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receipt

  2. Email: assist@hversailtex.com

  3. Include: Order number, product photos, packaging photos, and description of issue

We will review and offer one of the following:

  • Free replacement

  • Full refund

  • Return label if necessary


🔁 How to Return

  1. Contact us via assist@hversailtex.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address by email.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable method.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • If due to our error: We cover shipping.

  • If due to personal reason: Customer pays for return shipping.


💵 Refund Details

  • We refund product cost only.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • A 20% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition.

  • Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.


🔄 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


📦 Lost Packages

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but not received, contact the carrier first.

  • If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend the order.

  • No refunds are provided for packages marked as delivered.


⚠ Dispute & Chargeback Reminder

Please contact us before opening a dispute. Chargebacks delay resolution and may hold your funds for up to 90 days. We’re committed to solving issues quickly and fairly through direct communication.
