✅ Returnable Items
We accept returns for the following:

Ready-made curtains

Curtain rods, tiebacks, and accessories

Unused items in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Return request made within 30 days of delivery
❌ Non-returnable Items
Please note the following are not eligible for return:

Clearance or Final Sale items

Items that have been washed, installed, altered, or used

Fabric swatches or complimentary gifts

Items damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse

Change of mind after use

Didn’t like the color or design

Product is too heavy/light

Misunderstood product image

Incorrect size selection (please check measurements before ordering)

Color variation due to lighting or monitor differences
🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

We will review and offer one of the following:

🔁 How to Return

Contact us via assist@hversailtex.com with your order details and reason for return.

Once approved, you’ll receive the return shipping address by email.

Ship the item back using a trackable method.

Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.
🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If due to our error: We cover shipping.

If due to personal reason: Customer pays for return shipping.
💵 Refund Details

We refund product cost only.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

A 20% restocking fee may apply depending on the condition.

Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
📦 Lost Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but not received, contact the carrier first.

If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will resend the order.

No refunds are provided for packages marked as delivered.

Please contact us before opening a dispute. Chargebacks delay resolution and may hold your funds for up to 90 days. We’re committed to solving issues quickly and fairly through direct communication.
