When can I expect to receive my order?

We aim to process and ship your ready-made curtain order as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery timeframe is:

  • Standard Processing & Shipping Time: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping Time: 2–4 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location, order volume, and carrier logistics. While most orders are fulfilled within the stated timeframe, unforeseen delays (such as severe weather or customs inspections) may occur.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via trusted carriers including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • USPS

  • DHL Express / DHL eCommerce (for international orders)

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your package has shipped. You can track your order directly via the carrier’s official website.

All ready-made curtains are shipped from our U.S. warehouses or affiliated fulfillment centers, depending on your location and product availability.

We do not ship to:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Taxes and duties for international shipments are the responsibility of the recipient.


Worry-Free Shipping Service (Optional)

We offer an optional “Worry-Free Purchase” protection to provide you with peace of mind in case of damage, loss, or significant delay during transit.

1. Cost: ~1.5% of merchandise value
2. Coverage includes:

  • Delayed delivery: $5 claim for U.S. orders not delivered within 10 days

  • Damaged items: Full purchase value refund or replacement

  • Lost packages: Full purchase value refund if not delivered within 30 days (U.S.) or 60 days (International)

Can I choose a specific shipping carrier?

Unfortunately, no. We select the most appropriate shipping carrier based on the destination, package weight, and service speed. Rest assured, we only partner with reliable, reputable carriers.


Can I change the shipping address after the order is shipped?

No. Once an order has been shipped and picked up by the carrier, address changes are not possible. Please verify your shipping details carefully before placing your order.


How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and carrier info. You can:

  • Click the tracking link in your email

  • Visit the carrier’s website and enter your tracking number

  • Contact the carrier directly to schedule delivery time or resolve delivery issues
