We accept returns for ready-made curtains, curtain rods, tiebacks, and accessories within 30 days of delivery, as long as the items are unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
If the return is due to an incorrect or damaged item caused by us, we will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement or full refund. For returns due to personal reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fee.
Please note that clearance items, final sale items, used or washed products, and items damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for return.
